Over twelve months across 2017 and 2018, I made a series of films for Creative Scene about people and places in the North. North Kirklees, that is. I travelled across Dewsbury, Batley, Cleckheaton, Heckmondwike and Mirfield meeting dairy farmers, monks, calligraphers, filmmakers, brewers, shopkeepers, carpet weavers, petanque players and… an underwater hockey club.

The films were then shown to the public at a popcorn premiere in Dewsbury Town Hall in May 2018. You can see them all here!
